The Procedure

Over time, the skin and muscles around the eyes naturally begin to relax. For some, this can lead to drooping eyebrows and heavy upper eyelids — changes that may cause the face to appear tired, sad, or older than it truly feels. Beyond appearance, these shifts can also affect daily comfort. Vision may become partially obstructed, and the forehead muscles often work harder to lift the brow, creating tension and fatigue that builds over time.

What begins as a subtle change can gradually impact not just how you look, but how you feel — physically and emotionally. If your eyes don’t reflect the energy or clarity you feel inside, it’s perfectly reasonable to seek a solution that restores that connection.

David I. Silbert, MD’s innovative new approach to lifting the brows is an elegant, minimally invasive solution for those looking for meaningful lift.

The invisible brow lift is a next-generation evolution of brow ptosis correction, marrying the efficacy of traditional forehead lifts with the cosmetic finesse of minimally invasive oculoplastic procedures. By elevating the galea and suspending the brow using a robust Ethibond suture via a blepharoplasty incision, it achieves significant lift with minimal additional trauma or scarring.
